All Optical Resources hardware
comes with a one-year limited warranty. Warranty expiration dates are
determined as one-year from the date of the original Optical Resources
invoice. Extended warranty coverage beyond this one-year
period may be obtained via our Extended Warranty Program. The
Extended Warranty Program is a one year extension of our product warranty
and it ends twenty-four (24) months from the date of the original Optical
Resources invoice. If you are interested in our Extended Hardware

If you prefer not to participate in our Extended Hardware Warranty Program
and your Optical Resources' hardware fails outside of the original
warranty period, we offer an At Depot Product Repair option.
This program allows customers to
have an out of warranty Optical Resources product repaired by our
Certified Technical Repair Department. Please note that you must be the
original purchaser of the product to participate in this program.
The terms of the At Depot Product Repair Program are as follows:
1. Without exception, only the
original purchaser of the product can be participate in this program.
2. All units returned for repair
under this program will be subjected to a $65 bench test fee.
3. In addition to the test fee,
labor to repair the unit is billed at a standard rate of $65 per hour.
4. Once the unit has been bench
tested, an email will be sent to you with a repair cost estimate. No
repair work will be completed until you have approved the repair cost
estimate.
5. Turn-around time for units
returned under this program is typically three weeks from the date
received.
6. Customers who participate in
this program are responsible for all freight, handling, and customs
charges associated with shipping the replacement unit to Optical
Resources, as well as the return shipping charges back to the customer
site.
7. All hardware returned under
this program are returned to the customer via
ground delivery in
the US, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Expedited shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Units will not be returned to
the customer location until full payment is received.
9. All repaired units carry a
90-day limited warranty.
10. Units that are damaged as the
result of natural disaster, flooding, fire, or abuse are not eligible for
participation under this or any other program.
11. Hardware shipped to Optical
Resources under this program must be packages sufficiently so as not to
incur shipping damage and insured against damage. The handling of
claims for hardware damaged during shipping to Optical Resources will be
the responsibility of the customer and the carrier.

the US and Canada. Payment must be
completed with a valid credit card or purchase order; however please note
that purchase orders will only be accepted from customers who have been
pre-approved by our Credit Department to submit them. A signed copy of the
purchase order must be received by Optical Resources before shipment of
the repaired unit can occur. |
