All Optical Resources hardware
comes with a one-year limited warranty. Warranty expiration dates are
determined as one-year from the date of the original Optical Resources
invoice. All warranty work is done At Depot, meaning at the
Optical Resources facility, unless the customer has purchased an On-site
Service Program.
The On-site Service Program is available to customers who purchase our
Mega Pro Series of DVD duplicators, DVD jukeboxes, CD and DVD-ROM towers
and servers, packaging equipment and storage arrays. Please note
that you must be the original purchaser of the product to participate in
this program. The terms of the At Depot Product Repair Program are
as follows:
The On-Site Service Program
provides 5 day x 9 hour x Next Day coverage for 1 year.
For rapid response time during
normal business hours, a field engineer responds on-site on the next
business day, five days a week, nine hours a day, excluding national
holidays.

Payment must be completed with a valid credit card or purchase order;
however please note that purchase orders will only be accepted from
customers who have been pre-approved by our Credit Department to
submit them. A signed copy of the purchase order must be received by
Optical Resources before shipment of the repaired unit can occur.
