States:
Shipping charges to all U.S. destinations are determined by the
quantity and weight of the merchandise ordered, and the shipping
service and options you choose. Your location within the U.S. will affect the shipping charges. Our
standard carriers for product shipments is UPS and FedEx, but we
reserve the right to select alternative carriers at any time.
Transit Insurance is required
on all shipments and is automatically added to the customer's shipping
charges.
Orders are considered complete when picked up by the carrier.
Damaged, lost or stolen products in transit are covered by insurance. Optical
Resources, when notified by the client that a shipment has been damaged,
lost or stolen, will promptly notify the
carrier/insurer. The carrier or insurance company, not Optical Resources,
is responsible for the loss and we will not replace the item(s) until the
issue has been resolved with the responsible party.
Deliveries will not be left by the carrier without a signature
unless you specifically instruct Optical Resources - in writing - that a signature
is not required. Optical Resources always ships with signature
required, however there is no guarantee the shipper will comply. Optical
Resources takes no responsibility for items left by the carrier under
those circumstances.
It is the client's responsibility to notify
Optical Resources in writing of any special shipping instructions before shipment
has been made.
Your available shipping methods will appear automatically in
your Shopping Cart for orders entered online. After you have chosen
your shipping method, the estimated shipping & handling charges
will be calculated for you in your Shopping Cart before you place your
order. If the actual shipping charges are lower, you will be billed for the lower
cost. If the actual charge is higher, you will be notified of the higher charge, prior to shipment.
Online shipping
costs are only estimates and may be changed by the carrier. Optical Resources reserves the right to invoice for any additional sums
billed by the carrier.
Optical Resources does not make
any shipments to a Post Office box.

correct tax amount. Optical Resources reserves the
right to add California state and local sales tax to any
order shipped to an address in California.
