Product exchange program for its line of Super IDE Pro CD and DVD duplicators.
In the unlikely event of a product failure, simply contact your Optical
Resources service representative to arrange for a replacement product. This
program is available only in the United States and it is for customers who
purchase Super IDE Pro tower duplicators that are currently
in production.

This is an At Depot
Extended Warranty Program that is a one year
extension of the product's original warranty effective from the product's
purchase date on the original Optical Resources invoice. The program
covers the
Super IDE Pro series line of DVD and CD tower duplicators, our CD and DVD-ROM towers and servers and
selected RAID systems.
