a fully automatic table top unit designed to overwrap
DVD cases at high speed with little user intervention.

DVD Speed Wrap is an easy to use, cost effective option.
It provides a neat even case wrap with perfect seams
at up to 1200 cases per hour.
The VS4000has been specially designed to provide
a professional CD jewel case wrapping facility.
Operators wishing to wrap small to medium quantities of
cases can now achieve a quality finish equal to the
standard of more expensive finishing machines. The
VS4000 is a table top mounted unit with a throughput of
300 per hour.
The VS4000X isand additional sealing unit for
use with the VS4000 case wrapper. Using the
VS4000X in conjunction with the VS4000 allows two
operators to wrap up to 400 cases per hour. The
VS4000X cannot be used without the VS4000.
The VS4000DVDis a version of the VS4000 designed
specifically for DVD Amaray type cases. With
semi-automatic operation, the VS4000DVD has a throughput
of 200 cases per hour in a table mounted unit
The VS4000slis a version of the VS4000 designed
specifically for slim linejewel cases. Those
wishing to wrap small to medium quantities of slim line
cases can now achieve a quality finish equal to the
standard of more expensive machines. With semi-automatic
operation the VS4000sl has a throughput of 250 per hour
in a table mounted unit.
