At Depot Extended Warranty
Program
( US Customers Only )
Optical Resources offers an At Depot Extended
Warranty Program for its
Super IDE Pro series line of DVD and CD tower duplicators, DVD-ROM and
CD-ROM LAN towers and servers and its autoloading DVD and CD duplicators. The
At Depot Extended Warranty Program is a one year extension of the
product's original warranty and it ends twenty-four (24) months from the
date of the original Optical Resources' invoice. This program puts
your equipment at the top of the list for troubleshooting and repair.
Your equipment will be returned much faster than with basic warranty
service. Labor and non-consumable parts are fully covered.
Ship your equipment to us and we will return it to you within 14 business
days days of the receipt of the failed product at our facility.

click here. The terms of the Quick Response service agreement
are as follows.
1. If service is required for an Optical Resources
product covered under the At Depot Extended Service program, the customer contacts
Optical Resources' Technical Support and reports the type of problems the
unit is having. The Technical Support Department's hours of
operation are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday and
they can be reached at (714) 389-1379 or by E-mail at
support@orinc.com.
2. After the Optical Resources technician has determined that the
product requires service at our facility, he will issue a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will be
E-mailed or faxed to the customer along with our shipping address and
instructions on how to pack the unit.
3. The customer then returns the duplicator in the units original
packaging and reports by phone (800) 732-0211 or E-mail
service@orinc.com to an Optical
Resources' customer service representative the carrier's name and tracking
number or waybill number for the shipment back to our depot.
4. Upon receipt of the
unit, the Optical Resources' technical team will troubleshoot the unit and
repair or replace any non-consumable parts. Optical Resources will
pay to have the newly repaired unit shipped by air back to the customer so
that it will arrive within 14 business days from receipt of the failed
product at our facility. |
